What you'll do

• Answer and route incoming calls
• coordinate guest arrival flow with Front Desk and Bell/Valet teams
• communicate luggage delivery
• deliver arrival amenities and gifts to guest rooms
• provide information about rooms, rates, amenities, dining, spa services, and facilities
• manage guest requests and concerns
• create and communicate service requests in HotSOS and other systems
• assist with messaging, wake-up calls, check-in/check-out support, and Front Office operations.
