What you'll do

• Install, repair, and test field equipment
• diagnose electrical, mechanical, and controls malfunctions
• perform warranty repairs, assembly, modifications, and preventive maintenance
• complete receiving inspections and assess warranty claims
• document work and parts used
• respond to customer communications
• maintain tools and vehicles
• follow onsite safety procedures
• mentor technicians and subcontractors as needed.
