What you'll do

• Greet customers and answer questions
• onboard new clients
• handle complaints or refer them for resolution
• receive cash, check, and card payments
• calculate charges and verify accounts and invoices
• write tickets and special requests
• detail, tag, barcode, rack, and inspect items
• enter data and prepare daily reports
• keep the work area clean and professional.
