What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
• advise employees and leaders on workplace issues, performance, and policies
• administer benefits, performance management, and training programs
• support HR compliance and employee records
• back up payroll
• coordinate safety training, meetings, OSHA records, and workers’ compensation
• support engagement, communication, and recognition programs
• travel periodically to Canton, MI, and Chicago, IL.
