What you'll do

• Prepare meals using standardized recipes, portion guidelines, and planned menus
• accommodate ordered special diets and texture modifications
• plan production so meals are ready on time and at proper temperatures
• operate kitchen equipment safely
• maintain clean and organized kitchen and storage areas
• label and handle food according to health standards
• work with dietary aides and staff.
