What you'll do

• Lead and guide electrical staff
• set staff performance and growth goals
• manage team processes
• perform primary engineering design tasks
• assess project conditions and communicate findings to clients
• coordinate with other disciplines, BIM, and project management
• create Revit and AutoCAD drawings
• edit specifications and standard details
• perform load calculations and electrical system analysis
• select equipment
• review submittals and respond to RFIs with senior staff oversight
• travel as required for site surveys and field inspections.
