Business Development Manager

Job overview

The Business Development Manager works onsite in Dallas, TX. The stated base salary range is $80,000–$110,000 per year, with eligibility for commission and/or incentive pay. PSC Biotech provides services that support the development, manufacture, and distribution of compliant life-sciences products. This quota-bearing individual contributor develops new client relationships and expands assigned accounts by selling professional services across validation, quality, engineering, and related disciplines. The role manages sales opportunities from pipeline creation through closing while supporting client satisfaction and retention.

What you'll do

• Execute business development strategies

• serve as a primary contact for prospective and existing customers
• research market and competitive trends
