Oversight and responsibility for daily operations of our clinical department. Hiring, training, and development of staff in conjunction with your leadership team. Work directly with residents to evaluate needs and services to accurately assess, communicate and document resident status on electronic care system. Oversight of aides and nurses and other care staff.
