What you'll do

• Operate heavy equipment, including trucks, screeds, rollers, pavers, milling machines, and loaders, to apply asphalt according to job specifications. Follow production direction and safety procedures
• participate in job-site and safety meetings
• coordinate with crew members
• inspect, clean, and maintain equipment
• report malfunctions
• help transport equipment when required
• maintain a clean job site
• and perform general labor as needed.
