• Lead strategies for major, leadership, principal, and planned gifts
• manage and develop fundraising and engagement staff
• oversee alumni engagement, volunteer leadership, and donor stewardship
• lead signature cultivation and stewardship events
• track fundraising and engagement outcomes
• collaborate with University leaders on fundraising priorities
• foster accountability and continuous improvement.
