What you'll do

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats
• provide plan, eligibility, and coverage information
• assist with attorney referrals and consultation scheduling
• support estate planning and notary tools
• guide members through online self-service
• process enrollments, cancellations, and updates
• document interactions in CRM or ticketing systems
• follow up on inquiries within 24–48 hours
• collaborate across departments to resolve issues.
