Fleet Administrator

Job overview

The Fleet Administrator role is hybrid, working onsite four days per week in Elgin, TX. Compensation is not specified. JC Davis Power provides temporary power, climate control, and tower-lighting equipment and job-site operations services. The administrator maintains accurate equipment records and lifecycle documentation from acquisition through disposition. Reconciled data and audit-ready records support fleet strategy, shop operations, Finance, and leadership, while dependable reporting helps teams track equipment status, costs, and utilization.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain equipment asset records
• validate supporting documents and flag missing or conflicting information
• reconcile rental, maintenance, and fixed-asset/finance systems
• prepare recurring fleet schedules and reports
• coordinate acquisition, commissioning, refurbishment, transfer, and disposition paperwork
• work with shops, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to resolve discrepancies
• maintain audit-ready asset histories and supporting documents.
