What you'll do

• Assist walk-in customers with parts selection and product information
• pull stock and place orders for unavailable parts
• answer calls and provide price quotes
• assist outside sales representatives and service technicians
• prepare orders for shipment, delivery, or pickup
• notify customers and shop foremen when orders arrive
• process returns and required transaction records
• replenish inventory and keep counter areas organized
• participate in training and lost-sale tracking.
