What you'll do

• Manage project financials and on-time completion
• coordinate project kickoff meetings
• forecast cash flow and manpower
• order materials, tools, and equipment
• prepare price proposals and change orders
• prepare monthly budget, schedule, cash flow, and manpower reports
• identify cost savings and quality improvements
• ensure safety compliance
• and coordinate with the general contractor and other trades.
