What you'll do

• Advise the North America Sales organization
• draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial technology agreements
• assess contractual, regulatory, privacy, intellectual property, information security, AI, and data-use issues
• partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and execute transactions
• support responsible adoption of AI tools, automation, analytics, and knowledge resources
• improve templates, playbooks, training, self-service resources, and processes.
