The Part-Time Registered Dietitian (RD) is a hybrid role based in Lesterville, MO, with compensation ranging from $45.00 to $55.00 per hour. This position supports the elderly population at Farmington Presbyterian Manor and Rolla Presbyterian Manor, ensuring high-quality nutritional care. The role exists to provide comprehensive nutrition assessments, create personalized care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide resident-centered care. The Registered Dietitian will also conduct kitchen inspections and meal service audits to maintain high standards of service.

What you'll do

• Provide nutrition assessments for admissions, quarterly and annual assessments, tube feedings, and significant changes.
• Create and update care plans for nursing staff.
• Complete MDS for Section K and CAAs.
• Use nutrition-focused physical exams to identify malnutrition.
• Conduct care conferences and participate in QAPI meetings.
