NEOSTEK is seeking an analyst to support Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions on a federal contract; U.S. citizenship is required and candidates must be able to obtain a Public Trust. The analyst translates approved requirements and user stories into CRM configurations, tests functionality against acceptance criteria, and recommends improvements. This work supports implementation, integration, troubleshooting, and production support in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Analyze approved user stories and functional requirements
• configure and support Dynamics 365 CRM and Customer Engagement features
• translate business needs into configurations and enhancement designs
• test functionality against acceptance criteria and document and retest defects
• evaluate CRM processes and recommend improvements
• prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, and end-user guidance
• collaborate with developers, architects, testers, and business stakeholders
• support related enterprise applications, including SharePoint, as needed.
