What you'll do

• coordinate shipments with warehouse teams
• monitor backorders, cancellations, and returns
• maintain ERP, CRM, and e-commerce records
• respond to customer inquiries
• support promotions and B2B accounts
• track inventory
• update listings and pricing
• prepare sales reports
• support workflow improvements and quality checks.
