Resident District Manager

What you'll do

• Lead and develop the account team
• build client relationships and achieve performance indicators
• support risk management and community engagement
• meet client needs and support retention and rebids
• support safety, marketing, nutrition, and culinary functions
• conduct unit audits and maintain food and program compliance
• complete reporting
• conduct performance evaluations and succession planning
• manage account financial results, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
