What you'll do

• Maintain HVAC units, elevators, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscaping, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cord equipment
• complete scheduled or assigned preventive maintenance
• respond promptly to resident maintenance requests
• and prepare vacant units for move-in according to community standards.
