What you'll do

• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Visio to allocate assignments, track status, and estimate timelines
• apply project management methodology and documentation
• plan and facilitate project and technical meetings, including application demonstrations
• prepare status reports with metrics, progress, and mitigation strategies
• partner with business analysts to elicit and document requirements
• coordinate test plans and testing with the technical lead
• manage multiple projects related to agency business efforts
• report task status and issues to a supervisor
• follow New York State project management directives and processes.
