The Behavioral Health Therapist role is onsite in Jefferson City, MO, with pay of $36.29–$39.29 per hour. Compass Health Network provides integrated mental health, medical, and dental services; this position serves clients ages 17 and under. The therapist assesses clients, develops treatment plans, provides individual, family, and/or group therapy according to clinical need and licensure, and coordinates care with an interdisciplinary team. The work supports person-centered treatment, clinical progress, and access to appropriate resources.

What you'll do

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy based on clinical need and licensure
• assess readiness for services
• develop treatment plans and document progress
• participate in interdisciplinary meetings and integrated care
• use DSM-5 criteria for diagnosis and treatment planning
• refer clients to resources
• participate in training, supervision, huddles, and case consultations
• maintain documentation compliance.
