What you'll do

• Set instructional goals with supervisors
• develop STEM curriculum and lessons
• coordinate lessons with planned activities and trips
• create a nurturing environment
• develop weekly lesson plans
• supervise teen junior counselors
• support literacy and homework
• maintain children’s work and attendance records
• communicate with families and supervisors
• participate in fitness activities and provide first aid or emergency care as needed.
