What you'll do

• Prepare and apply icing, fondant, and other decorations
• collaborate with customers on custom orders
• construct tiered cakes and use structural support systems
• complete intricate piping and freehand messages
• maintain product freshness by following HACCP food storage, handling, and labeling guidelines
• assist other departments when necessary.
