What you'll do

• Assist with restroom needs, showering, personal care, and transfers
• provide meal preparation and light housekeeping
• accompany the client on outings and assist with shopping and errands
• provide medication assistance or reminders, ambulation and transportation, and companionship
• follow the care plan and complete documentation or charting
• communicate respectfully and assist with transfers safely
• maintain punctuality and reliability.

Why this role
