What you'll do

• Lead electrical engineering activities and maintain the technical baseline across design, integration, verification, and test
• ensure subsystem designs meet performance, reliability, safety, EMI/EMC, power, thermal, and environmental requirements
• lead technical decisions, trade studies, design reviews, and risk assessments
• manage a multidisciplinary electrical engineering organization
• align priorities, staffing, and execution
• oversee avionics hardware, electrical architectures, power distribution, harnessing, interfaces, and embedded assemblies
• direct verification, validation, test equipment, and laboratory integration
• support program planning, milestones, customer updates, supplier oversight, and formal program reviews.
