What you'll do

• Welcome guests and handle overnight check-ins and early check-outs
• answer calls, assist with reservations, and respond to guest requests
• review room charges, payments, and transactions
• complete the night audit and prepare management reports
• resolve guest concerns within hotel guidelines and contact management when needed
• maintain shift notes for the morning team
• keep the front desk clean and organized and follow hotel procedures.
