What you'll do

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing on daily clinical operations
• lead, supervise, and mentor nursing staff
• address team concerns
• assist with staffing coordination and scheduling
• conduct evaluations and coaching
• participate in quality assurance and facility committees
• ensure accurate MDS documentation
• assist with discharge planning
• provide individualized care to residents and families.
