The Customer Service Representative role is an onsite position in Durham, NC, with pay of $16–$20 per hour. The role supports D. What you'll do

• Identify, qualify, and develop personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients
• maintain relationships through follow-up, timely quotations, and account support
• prospect, round accounts, seek coverage increases, and network for new clients
• obtain suitable coverage and rates, process quotes, bind coverage, and present policies
• support renewals and retention.
