Retail Key Holder

What you'll do

• Help motivate, inspire, and develop sales associates
• support recruiting, selection, orientation, and training
• coach staff and provide feedback
• manage training plans and in-the-moment coaching
• support marketing events and community outreach
• prepare reports
• maintain inventory
• uphold store and operating standards
• support customer service, selling, and store operations.
