The Naturopathic Doctor, Hormone Replacement Therapy role is onsite in Edmonds, WA, on a part-time basis with an opportunity to grow into full-time as patient demand increases. Compensation is $50–$70 per hour. The doctor joins an established, growing integrative wellness clinic with expanding specialty services. The doctor evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides follow-up care, with an emphasis on hormone optimization and pellet-based hormone replacement therapy. Patient education and collaboration with clinical staff support coordinated, patient-centered care and the clinic’s specialty programs.

What you'll do

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history review, physical exams, and diagnostic assessment
• develop and manage individualized treatment plans emphasizing hormone optimization and pellet-based HRT
• provide follow-up care and monitor outcomes
• educate patients on therapy, expected outcomes, risks, and wellness strategies
• deliver or support additional services such as Shockwave Therapy, Neuro Health programs, and general naturopathic care
• maintain compliant EHR documentation
• collaborate with providers and clinical staff.

Why this role

Requires an active Washington State Naturopathic Physician license and a doctorate in naturopathic medicine; BioTE BHRT certification is preferred, and providers without it are encouraged to apply if interested in HRT and willing to complete training.
