What you'll do

• Plan, oversee, and execute nursing services
• supervise daily nursing activities
• collaborate with the Nursing Director
• coordinate care with medical requirements, physician directives, and care plans
• direct charge nurses
• adjust care plans for emergencies
• make operating decisions when superiors are absent
• ensure relief staffing and notify physicians of significant changes in resident condition.
