What you'll do

• Assist with underwriting opportunities and preparing financial models, research, and analyses
• conduct due diligence and develop business plans for development and acquisition opportunities nationwide
• research student housing and multifamily markets
• maintain rental rate, pre-lease, and occupancy data
• monitor industry trends
• prepare investment summaries, pitch decks, and presentations
• attend weekly project coordination meetings
• support land identification, capital markets, and closing processes.
