Apartment Maintenance Technician — Day Shift

The Apartment Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Reno, NV, and pays $20 per hour. The technician maintains the property by responding to resident service calls, completing repairs, preparing vacant units, and performing preventive maintenance. The work helps keep apartments, equipment, and shared property areas in safe, working condition.

What you'll do

• Respond to resident service calls
• prepare vacant units and assist with unit turns
• perform routine repairs involving electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, appliances, and other property systems
• inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklists
• identify and correct unsafe property conditions
• report repairs and requisitions
• maintain spare-parts inventory
• perform preventive maintenance and keep work areas clean and safe.
