Electronic Banking Associate

The Electronic Banking Associate role is onsite in Schaumburg, IL, with pay of $19–$25 per hour. What you'll do

• Process incoming and outgoing domestic and foreign wires
• process and monitor ACH transactions, reversals, disputes, and daily postings
• provide customer service to clients, internal stakeholders, vendors, and business partners
• research electronic payment transactions
• work with correspondent banks
• balance and reconcile wire and ACH accounts
• maintain documentation for audits and examinations
• follow bank policies and regulatory requirements, including BSA and OFAC.
