What you'll do

• Prepare and serve food using quality ingredients and appropriate garnishes
• follow recipes and portion sizes while controlling costs
• record food temperatures and label and store food properly
• monitor refrigerator and freezer temperatures
• control overproduction and waste
• comply with kitchen sanitation rules
• wash and sanitize equipment
• clean kitchen and storage areas
• check supply inventory
• report equipment and safety issues
• work as part of the dining services team.
