What you'll do

• Oversee new-home construction projects and adherence to schedules, safety programs, SWPPP, quality standards, and budgets
• conduct safety inspections and report or investigate accidents
• communicate with customers and resolve construction concerns and warranty claims
• evaluate progress, quality, and trade partner performance
• interpret blueprints and design plans
• coordinate work orders, materials, vendors, and payments
• ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permitting requirements.
