What you'll do

• Respond to prospective-member inquiries
• explain club activities, events, programs, and membership options
• conduct facility tours
• process applications, payments, and renewals
• collaborate on promotional materials and social media
• attend community events
• support special events and tournaments
• greet members and guests
• manage check-ins, calls, emails, and court reservations
• assist with rentals, retail sales, lessons, clinics, open play, leagues, and events
• keep club areas clean and organized
• address and escalate member concerns.
