What you'll do

• Coordinate daily warehouse and order fulfillment
• pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• manage inbound deliveries and outbound freight
• maintain warehouse and inventory systems
• conduct cycle counts
• monitor stock and discrepancies
• coordinate with carriers and suppliers
• maintain safe practices
• respond to customer order questions
• resolve shipping issues
• assist sales with order entry, quotes, and availability
• maintain customer and order records
• prepare reports.
