What you'll do

• Remove and install molds, trim dies, staging fixtures, EOAT, unloaders, and quench equipment
• set up molds and related systems
• follow lockout/tagout requirements
• operate a forklift and overhead crane after required licensing
• observe equipment and report or address issues as directed
• track productivity
• recommend production and quality improvements
• complete checklists and paperwork
• identify molds for repair
• tear down, clean, and prepare tooling
• submit one Lean suggestion per month.
