What you'll do

• Formulate operational vision and business plans with executive leadership
• oversee operations across multiple California facilities
• lead and develop site general managers and senior operational leaders
• establish manufacturing objectives, plans, policies, capital strategies, and capacity requirements
• oversee budgets, capital expenditures, resource planning, and performance indicators
• maintain customer relationships and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 15 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, and at least 7 years leading multi-site manufacturing operations. MBA or advanced degree preferred; Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience required.
