Roll Forming Line Technician

Roll Forming Line Technician is an onsite role in Easley, SC. The stated pay range is $23–$30 per hour. The technician sets up and operates roll-forming equipment to produce precise metal components, checking dimensions and quality throughout production. The role supports output, safety, and efficiency by troubleshooting minor issues, documenting production, and coordinating with quality and production leaders.

What you'll do

• Operate roll-forming equipment
• set up tooling and adjust machine settings
• interpret blueprints, production orders, and work instructions
• inspect products with tape measures, calipers, and gauges
• monitor dimensional accuracy and quality
• troubleshoot minor machine, tooling, or feed issues
• assist with coil loading when authorized
• complete production, quality, scrap, and downtime records
• perform routine checks and basic preventive maintenance
• maintain 5S standards and follow OSHA, PPE, and lockout/tagout procedures.
