Maintenance & Reliability Manager

The manager leads plant maintenance operations, improves equipment reliability, and supports production by prioritizing repairs and reducing downtime. The role also develops technicians, strengthens preventive maintenance and safety practices, and coordinates vendors and capital improvements.

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians
• manage preventive maintenance programs, work orders, and reliability initiatives
• coordinate labor scheduling, technician assignments, and weekly payroll approvals
• respond to equipment failures and minimize downtime
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls issues
• improve spare parts organization and maintenance documentation
• coordinate with operations and quality
• lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement
• manage vendors, contractors, and OEM relationships
• participate in capital projects and equipment upgrades
• ensure OSHA, safety, regulatory, and PSM compliance
• oversee ammonia refrigeration maintenance activities
• develop and mentor maintenance personnel.
