Compensation is $13–$16 per year. The Retail Keyholder role is onsite in Chesapeake, VA. The position supports GameStop’s store management team and its retail gaming business. The keyholder helps supervise store activities, serves guests, processes transactions, maintains merchandise and store presentation, supports inventory and loss prevention, and assists with sales and operational goals. In management’s absence, the role supervises and delegates tasks to Sales Associates and follows opening and closing procedures.

What you'll do

• Provide guest service and product recommendations
• process purchases and returns through the point-of-sale system
• promote reservations and loyalty programs
• maintain clean, organized, and merchandised store areas
• complete omnichannel orders
• support inventory control and loss prevention
• stock and restock merchandise
• assist with sales, profit, and shrink goals
• reconcile daily transactions and prepare deposits
• supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates when management is absent
• follow opening and closing procedures.
