What you'll do

• Supervise poker room operations and adherence to policies
• manage dealer rotation, training, evaluations, and conflict resolution
• conduct floor audits and maintain cash controls
• resolve player disputes and rule infractions
• oversee seating and game distribution
• monitor player behavior and suspicious activity
• coordinate with the Cash Cage and supervisors
• assist with event and tournament promotion
• prepare daily operations and game performance reports.
