What you'll do

• Enter transactions accurately
• maintain the general ledger and reconcile accounts
• use Microsoft Dynamics GP or learn enterprise software to process transactions and pull reports
• collaborate with operational staff and explain the business impact of accurate entries
• investigate data errors and inconsistencies
• document workflows and support efficiency and internal controls
• build and maintain Excel reporting using advanced formulas, PivotTables, and Power Query
• explore and assist with automation tools or AI scripts.
