The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Warwick, RI, with compensation of $43–$49 per hour based on experience. Greenwood Center’s nursing team provides resident-centered care that supports health, dignity, and independence. The RN provides direct nursing care and oversees clinical care on an assigned unit. The role contributes to resident outcomes by assessing needs, implementing care plans, administering treatments, monitoring changes, and supporting nursing staff and interdisciplinary collaboration.

What you'll do

• Provide nursing care according to physician orders, care plans, facility policies, and regulations
• supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff
• conduct assessments and develop and update care plans
• administer medications and treatments
• perform wound care and skilled nursing interventions as ordered
• monitor and report changes in resident conditions
• participate in admissions, discharges, transfers, rounds, care conferences, and plan updates
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• follow infection control and safety requirements.
