What you'll do

• Assist with oversight of nursing services and neighborhood staff
• support quality resident care and customer service
• coach, mentor, and manage staff performance
• participate in hiring, onboarding, retention, and succession planning
• serve as liaison among residents, families, physicians, and staff
• investigate concerns
• support staffing and scheduling
• monitor clinical outcomes, documentation, care plans, and quality indicators
• participate in surveys and corrective action plans
• support quality improvement and staff education
• assume Acting Director of Nursing responsibilities when assigned.
