What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day construction observation, contract management, and administrative support
• monitor critical-path work including envelope repairs, window replacements, HVAC modernization, and electrical upgrades
• lead cost-estimation reviews, value engineering, and schedule management
• coordinate status reporting and change orders
• ensure compliance with federal specifications, safety, and environmental requirements.
