What you'll do

• Respond to requests about eligibility, ID cards, benefit portals, providers, and claims support
• process employee additions, terminations, and qualifying life events in carrier and benefits administration systems
• track cases and documentation through resolution
• assist with billing discrepancies, eligibility updates, and carrier follow-up
• support open enrollment logistics, employee communications, and benefits questions.
